FLOAT TRIPS
True Alaskan Adventures
Whether guided or unguided, one of the best ways to experiance Southwest Alaskan fishing and hunting is with a float trip on one of the many rivers draining to Bristol Bay.
Alagnak River Float:
Our most popular trip is down the Alagnak (Branch) River. A nationally protected Wild and Scenic River, it starts at the outlet of Nonvianuk Lake and continues for approximately 45 river miles downstream. The river is class I water the entire way and great for experienced and novice boaters alike. This system offers rainbow trout, char/dolly varden, and grayling all summer as well as excellent in-season opportunity for all 5 Pacific Salmon species. As a full package, Branch River Air can provide: raft and rowing frame, repair kit, pump, life vests, and bear resistant food containers.
RAFT GEAR RENTAL: 250$ per day.
*includes raft, frame, oars, 2 cargo nets,
and bear proof containers.
